Chief Roaring Bull
The description says: War Chief of the Niantic-Narragansett Tribe, Ferris Dove is a direct descendent of Chief Ninigrent who was prominent in early colonial history. He is the first Rhode Island Indian to graduate from Bacone College when it was exclusively an indian school.

the USA. The upper station features an observation deck 400 feet above the
city.
