National Museum of Civil War Medicine
The NMCWM is the premier center for the preservation and research of the legacy of Civil War medical innovation. The Museum is dedicated to telling the story of the medical advances made during the Civil War, by both the Union and Confederate Medical Departments, that changed medicine forever and form the basis of modern medical care.
